Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For sanitation reasons, there is no refund on products and all sales are final. If our product is defective in any way please contact us via email for assistance. The product we sent you must be in original packaging to be considered for an exchange. Typical exchanges can be made up to 3 business days after delivery for defected items only. In short, no original packaging no refund or exchange.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Please allow up to 3 days for the processing of all orders, and 7 days for delivery.

Q: How long does your Virgin Hair extensions last?

The life of your BUNDLES are determined by the customer and how well you take care of your BUNDLES. With the proper care BUNDLES should last 6 months to a year or 2 to 3 installs.

Q: Can I apply oil to my extensions?

Yes you can apply oil to your extensions but to keep the movement and fullness it is not recommended. The only oil that is recommended for your extensions are very small amounts of all natural oils.
